When Laura and I first started sending Ben to your Center, it was with trepidation that we turned over even part-time care to others. I must say now, and you deserve to know, how much we have come to appreciate and value the work that you do. In fact, I’ve come to believe that the time Ben spends there is very much to his benefit, and very educational, even at this early age.
Your Center is not just “baby-sitting,” and as such, is helping Ben to develop into a socially well-adjusted and educated youngster even at this tender age of two+ years. The structure, communication with us, and the well-rounded learning that you provide, I suspect, will have lasting and far-reaching impacts on Ben’s future development.
We have noted with approval, how the children’s days with you are structured and stimulate both their mental and physical development. Ben has often pleasantly surprised us by saying or doing something that he could only have learned with you.
We are also appreciative and grateful for your proactive thoughts about preparing Ben for the twin siblings that we are expecting in the spring. You are right that it will be beneficial that both we as parents, and you, the staff, coordinate and communicate our efforts to ease that transition.
I (Tim) am employed in Morgantown and just across the street from my building is a new child-care facility. Although it would be in some ways more convenient to have Ben enrolled there or another facility closer to work, we trust you, and value the good work that you do. The more intimate and caring environment of Little Bear is exactly the nurturing atmosphere that we want for Ben.

Just wanted to tell you thanks for all of your help this year- all of us adjusting to day care. Will loves it there and I feel comfortable and confident that he is well taken care of. You have made a wonderful business and we thank you for all that you do.

I just wanted to personally thank the PreK Teachers, Miss Jen & Miss Audra, for an outstanding job..not just sometimes but every single day that my daughter goes to their class! I can already see many positive changes in her. She is becoming more outspoken and confident and it's all due to this fabulous program!
I want to specifically thank them for--
-realizing how difficult mornings are & greeting the children at the door
-making each child feel special by learning their stuffed animal names and listening to what is important to them
-recognizing their small but significant achievements by presenting them with awards
-involving the kids in crafts, music & special projects--we were so excited to receive a letter addressed to our daughter from her preschool that contained her very own artwork!
-teaching the children about responsibilities by assigning jobs such as handing out napkins
-helping with bathroom time & stressing the importance of washing their hands
-allowing parents to participate in Friday "Tooty Ta" Time
-teaching and practicing good manners & courtesies
And last but not least,
-ensuring the children have fun
I was very nervous about enrolling my daughter into preschool. I am so happy and relieved that she goes to Little Bear where she has such wonderful, patient teachers like Miss Jen and Miss Audra. They are best in class!

Just a little note to say "Thank You" for the special care you give my son one day a week. He loves to come to "school". Even though I don't want him to grow up, I can't wait until he is old enough to attend the PreK class, to get him started on the right track! Thanks for all your hard work!

I justed wanted to tell you what a great job you do. I actually feel good about sending my son to day care! He loves you so much! There was actually a time when I was opposed to sending my kids to day care but you have helped change my way of thinking. Thanks so much for all your hard work. It takes a special person not only to be a care provider but really give their heart to the kids... and the parents... and do a great job too! We're gonna miss you when he goes to kindergarten!
